Refund policy

RETURN

If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging. Once your order has been returned and received, if it’s suitable for a refund it will be given.

Please EMAIL before you return an order. We want to ensure that your return is processed as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Please Note: We regret that we cannot offer refunds on Earrings/Studs jewellery for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Bespoke-made jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded. That's because each jewellery piece is made specifically for you.

For all other jewellery purchases, we offer a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the jewellery is in its original condition, the return is according to distance selling regulations, or the item was faulty when you received it. We also offer exchanges for store credit. 

Lunar Moth Jewellery will not refund the original postage costs. According to our refund policy, exceptions to this are when the item is returned within 7 days of receipt.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange jewellery, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the original piece. All jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping costs. Once we have received the jewellery, we will dispatch the replacement piece within 5 working days.

Exchange items will be dispatched once the returned goods have been received and confirmed as unworn/undamaged. The customer is liable for all return postage and shipping costs, as well as the cost of postage for the exchanged item.

Earrings/Studs are exempt from exchange due to hygiene.

A re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be applied for exchanges.

Our jewellery is Handcrafted with love and great care, but we are only human. If there is a problem with your jewellery, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can put it right for you.

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order placed online at Lunar Moth Jewellery, please email asap at: contact@lunarmothjewellery.com.

Please note that we can only cancel orders if they have not already been dispatched.

Also, if you have placed an order for a bespoke piece of jewellery or a made-to-measure piece of jewellery, please contact us asap. Once production has started on custom jewellery, we can’t cancel it.
