At Lunar Moth Jewellery, we want you to feel truly delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return or cancellation may be necessary.

Returns
- 
If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
 
- 
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
 
- Please email us before returning your order so we can process your return as smoothly as possible.
Important Notes:
- 
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on earrings/studs unless they are faulty (this does not affect your statutory rights). 
- 
Bespoke or made-to-order jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded, as each piece is created just for you. 
- 
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item. We do not refund original postage costs, except where the item is faulty or returned within 14 days under statutory rights. 
- 
Exchanges for store credit are also available. 
Sale & Promotional Items
If returning part of an order causes you to no longer qualify for a sale, discount, or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Ring Resizing

Ring resizing is available for a £15 fee. 
- 
If you’re unsure of your size, we recommend ordering a ring sizer before purchase.

Exchanges
- 
You may exchange jewellery within 14 days of receipt, provided it is returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 
- 
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, as well as the postage fee for the exchanged item. 
- 
Exchange items will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving and approving the returned piece. 
- 
Earrings and studs are exempt from exchange for hygiene reasons. 
- 
A £4.95 re-delivery charge applies to exchangesOnline Order Cancellations
