Rings:All Lunar Moth Jewellery Rings are in the U.K. Ring sizing chart. Please sign up for our newsletter on our Homepage footer to request a Free Ring Sizer for the most accurate ring sizing.
Bangles: Bangles are made with the following inner dimensions:
- Small: 3 inches
- Medium: 3.5 inches
- Large: 4 inches
- Extra Large: 4.5inch

We understand that finding the perfect ring size can be a challenge. Remember that printed sizers very often are inaccurate.

Once you have placed your order, an email confirming the order will be sent. Please check spam mailboxes, or email us so we can resend the order confirmation.
If you need to amend your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can amend it. Amendments can not be made once your order has been posted for delivery.
Each piece of Lunar Moth Jewellery is Handmade to order, meaning that it can take up to 5 working days before your order is dispatched.
Each piece of jewellery is packaged in Lunar Moth Jewellery’s bespoke jewellery boxes and carefully wrapped into a delivery box.
Your order will arrive in a secure plain unmarked package.
All of our jewellery is sent out via Royal Mail Tracking 48 delivery. This service is fully tracked, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Royal Mail Tracking 48 delivery is £5.99 with orders under a value of £60.
If you need your jewellery for a specific date, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We have the utmost confidence in the quality of our workmanship in our jewellery pieces, however, if you should find any damage beyond normal wear and tear within 1 Year of the purchase date, then we will happily find a solution.

Each piece of Lunar Moth Jewellery is Handmade with great care and attention to detail. To help keep your bespoke piece of Lunar Moth Jewellery looking as sparkly as new, a few essential jewellery care tips.
Remove before swimming, showering, spa treatments, hot tubs, and using harsh cleaning products.
Use beauty products such as deodorant and hairspray BEFORE putting your jewellery on.
Wearing your jewellery often is the best way to keep it shining and lustrous. The oils in your skin will help keep the jewellery clean.
When storing away to wear another day, keep each jewellery piece individually stored in a soft cloth to prevent scratching and tarnishing.
To clean your sterling silver jewellery, use a silver polish or silver dip to brighten it or to remove stains. However, do not use silver dip on any jewellery with gemstones as it may damage them.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and other harsh chemicals.
Gently clean jewellery with a soft cloth. Avoid using jewellery cleaners or abrasives.
Take off jewellery before participating in activities that may cause damage, such as sports or gardening.
The more you take the time to commit to some basic jewellery care, the longer your jewellery will last. Follow the above tips, and your jewellery will last for many years.

If for any reason you need to return or exchange, please do email and we will do our best to help.
If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.
Please EMAIL before you return an order. We want to ensure that your return is processed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Please Note: We regret that we cannot offer refunds on Earrings/Studs jewellery for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Bespoke-made jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded. That's because each jewellery piece is made specifically for you.
For all other jewellery purchases, we offer a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the jewellery is in its original condition, the return is according to distance selling regulations, or the item was faulty when you received it. We also offer exchanges for store credit.
Lunar Moth Jewellery will not refund the original postage costs. According to our refund policy, exceptions to this are when the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
SALES/DISCOUNTS/SPECIAL OFFERS
If you wish to return part of an order which then causes you to no longer qualify for a discount/sale or special offer; we will refund the item returned less any promotional discount.
