I purchased a beautiful ring from Lunar Moth Jewellery for my granddaughter for Christmas. Sadly, it was just a tad too big, so I emailed Puneet — and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with what happened next.
Puneet went above and beyond. They explained that because of how this statement ring is made, resizing it would have meant cutting and soldering the band. With the stone set into a bespoke bezel, that process could risk damaging it, and rather than take that chance with the ring, they remade the ring entirely instead.
The level of care, craftsmanship, and customer service is exceptional. I am absolutely thrilled and so grateful for the thoughtfulness shown throughout the whole process. The ring itself is stunning — the colour is beautiful — and most importantly, my granddaughter absolutely loves it.
