Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us in it’s original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons.
Also Bespoke made Jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Lunar Moth Jewellery will not refund the original postage costs. Exceptions to this are when the item is returned within 7 days of receipt according to distance selling regulations, or the item is faulty upon receipt.
If you would like to exchange Jewellery you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the original piece.
Exchange items will be dispatched once the returned goods have been received and confirmed as unworn/undamaged.
A re-delivery charge of £5.00 will be applied for exchanges.

Online Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order placed online at Lunar Moth Jewellery please email asap on: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched.
Also if you have placed an order for a bespoke piece of Jewellery or a made to measure piece of Jewellery, please contact asap as once production has started on custom Jewellery it can not be cancelled.
