This necklace was exactly as described and arrived earlier than expected. My only issue is with the personalised note which was handwritten on a piece of card, bent at the edges. I was expecting a neatly typed message for the cost of the item, in a fancy font, rather than not very neat handwriting. I will write my own message instead. Otherwise I’m confident my friend will like her gift.

I wanted to make sure that I was ordering the right size ring so I ordered the ring sizer. It gave me a very accurate size and when I ordered my dusk stacking rings they were the perfect fit!

Great personalised customer service - responded to an email really quickly and helpfully, allowing me to tailor my order and included a lovely note with my purchase which made it clear they remembered my email and knew who I was. Had to have a ring resized by several sizes and it was sent back about a week or so later. Worked out cheaper than what I was quoted on high street. Great service and product (the ring too!)
