New Years Resolution 2019

In typical New Years resolution style, I failed in my first attempt in keeping any of my well thought out ideas.

In a better attempt to execute my ideas, I’ve come to the realisation that what I need is a mundane daily plan that needs to be worked on habitually for my goals to fruition in 2019.

A few of my 2019 Goals

Plan Daily

Read 10 pages daily

Gratitude

Workout 4 times a week

Learn a new Artistic skill

Sleep 8 hours

For me to achieve any of my goals, I have created a daily and weekly schedule to give myself time to dedicate to the goal, and to keep accountability to that schedule I have created checklist.

All this checking rather takes the spontaneity and joy out of life.

But not really.

I’m at the point in my life where I find not reaching my goals extremely disappointing and depressing.  I know I would 1 million times over be so much happier if I could just achieve what I set out to do.

So, for me when my momentum of motivation runs out, my accountability will lead me to my biggest goal for 2019 which is happiness.
